Pilates ( I recommend “The authentic Pilates “book written by Esperanza Aparicio and Javier Pérez) and I could not find any one. It is a reduce version of the original Cadillac this is why is easier to find the same machine with different names and few variations. The reformer machine to tone the trapezes like most of the machines with bars in a high position and rubbers or resistance give to us the possibility to performance a large variety of exercises, this time in a vertical posture.

The vertical position is one of the best ways to work out the whole muscles of the pelvic belt; I mean the abs, lower back and the muscles of the hips, especially when the exercise is about bringing the legs with the knees bent towards the upper part of the body, to performance these sort of exercises is required to have some previous experience and control your core/power house.
