How to performance the Pilates exercise
Bend the knees backwards until the heel touch the glutes ( butt) then take your leg down without jerking movements quite the opposite slowly and smoothly work out , to recover the start position. If you keep your hands over or behind your head you will be shaping and toning your abs and your balance as well.
How to performance the Pilates exercise
This exercise can be performance either to warm up your body or to stretch it . Lie down with your back on the floor, take one bent leg towards your chest, embrace it with your arms and pull smoothly towards your body, hold the pull few secs and feel how all your butt is stretching, remember to keep a strong core and use your breathing ,recover the start position, then repeat the exercise with the other leg.
