THE PRECISION
In the same way that the other principles of Pilates one take us to the other in a way that all of them are fundamental in the Pilates Method.
To be precise in our movements we need to have control and obviously we have to be fully concentrated
The precision in the movements will take us, like in any other sport, to the perfection in the performance of the workouts. We could say the perfection in the performance of Pilates’ exercises is even more important than in Fitness, Yoga and body building.
The postures without neither control nor precision will take the muscles to almost either a sure injure, or to suffer back pain or not to feel the benefits of the Pilates Method.
Pilates is quite different from Fitness for example in Fitness if I am doing workouts to shape the shoulders with the arms closer than is needed I am toning more the triceps than the deltoids.
In Pilates all movements are important and exist for one reason, this is why is vital to performance with the harmony, concentration, precision, control, we will get the most of this method and we will avoid injuries and muscular pain.
